FREE SHIPPING POLICY

We are based and we ship from Miami, Florida, USA.

We offer free shipping for US nationwide, Puerto Rico and Venezuela nationwide spending $75.00 or more.

Panama orders, shipping would be free spending $90.00 or more.

We usually dispatch orders within 3 to 10 business days after the order is placed to USA and Puerto Rico, 7-18 business days to Venezuela. Dispatch may take longer if an item is unavailable or awaiting restock. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination and carrier.

Internationals shipping should be paid by customer and will be apply the rate of the shipping country. Prices of the shipping of all orders could vary depending of the weight and measurements of each product and destiny to be shipped.

Taxes of each international order should be paid by customer in the arriving customs country.

Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking number. If the tracking shows a delay, loss, or damage in transit, please contact the carrier and email us at wapas305@gmail.com with your order number and tracking number so we can review the issue with you.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact the carrier to open a claim and email us at wapas305@gmail.com with your order number, tracking number, and claim details. WAPAS will review the carrier’s findings before deciding whether a replacement or refund is appropriate, subject to applicable consumer rights. We will keep you informed as we review the case.
