Refund policy
Please read all the information below carefully before shopping, by doing so, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Returns
We offer a 10-day return policy. If 10 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange (without exception).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with tags. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Underwear and swimsuits.
- Some health and personal care items.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Do not qualify for a return:
- Any item that is not in original condition.
- Items with damaged or missing parts due to reasons not caused by our error.
Refunds
We do not make any refunds (without exception).
Store credit (If applicable)
Orders approved for store credit will receive an online store credit only, with no exceptions.
If you are approved, your store credit will be processed, and we will send you an email with a code to be used in our website with the amount of your store credit.
Only regular priced items may be qualified for a store credit, unfortunately sale items don't qualify.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Please email us your name, order number, item you want to exchange and reason to exchange it, at wapas305@gmail.com to confirm if you qualify for an exchange.
We only exchange or replace items if they are:
- Defective or damaged.
- If are full-priced items. (sale items are final)
- Within the 10 days exchange window.
- Or, if you need to exchange an item for the same item in different size.
Please note. We only change one time the same invoice (without exception).

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to 301 Sunrise Dr, unit 2BW, Key Biscayne, Miami. FL 33149, United States.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, or stock's reasons, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Shipping Liability
Please note. Once we provide your order's tracking number by email, WAPAS is not responsible for any loss, delay, damage, or inconvenience during transit.
We are not liable once the carrier issues proof of delivery. Incorrect addresses provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. Shipping liability rests solely with the selected carrier. Any claims regarding the status or condition of the package must be submitted directly to the carrier with all the tracking information provided by us by email.
Lost Packages
Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages lost in transit once they have been dispatched from our warehouse. It is the receiver's responsibility to locate packages. Client will submit their own claim to the carrier, if it is necessary. Please ensure you provide a secure delivery address where someone can receive your package.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.
